Erdem Moralioglu is award winning fashion designer and founder of eponymous fashion label Erdem. He was born in Toronto in 1976 to a British mother and Turkish father. He later moved to London to attend Royal Collega of Art and pursue his career. He established his brand in 2005 with a collection of softly sweeping dresses and floral prints. Well known for his experimental textiles and detailed craftsmanship. He has high profile clients, such as Kate Middleton, Michelle Obama, Alexa Chung. His brand of pretty, intellectual designs have earned him many awards, most notably the British Fashion Council ’s Design Fashion Fund prize in 2010.
